Installation Manager in Electrical Services

ABOUT THE POSITION

As an Installation Manager, you will hold a key position where you drive the daily work forward. You will be responsible for project management, work preparation, risk assessments, and KMA issues, while ensuring efficient administration. This role combines leadership with structure and the opportunity to truly make a difference in the success of projects. You will lead an engaged team and be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish.

This is a consultancy assignment lasting 6 months, with a chance for permanent employment if all parties agree.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Installation Manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating electrical installation projects, as well as actively contributing to the practical work and ensuring that the work is performed efficiently and safely.

  • Project management in electrical installations
  • Perform electrician work
  • Work preparation and risk analysis
  • KMA work (Quality, Environment, and Work Environment)
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing and calculations

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Is a qualified electrician with an approved ECY certificate
  • Has several years of experience as an electrician and wants to take on more responsibility
  • Holds a B driver's license
  • Can communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Lives in Kiruna or nearby

It is an advantage if you have previous experience as a leading installer/project manager in electrical services.
